Project Status

The Coastal Marine Security Operations Centres Project is currently in the Implementation Phase in which the design, development, testing and installation of the business/technical solution segments, in the form of Capability Releases is progressing well.  Each Capability Release is integrated into the previous capability release, building on effective systems integration and supportability.

Initial Operational Capability #2 will be considered complete with the delivery of Capability Release 2 and Capability Release 3.  This phase completion is planned for 31 July 2013.  Full Operational Capability will be considered complete with the delivery of Capability Release #4 anticipated for spring 2014.  Project Office closure and the final transition of life cycle support data to the in-service support organization(s) will mark the conclusion of the Implementation Phase.
